Had a problem with my first order, contacted the costumer support and got an answer imidiately. As it seemed, my order did not get through due to some technical errors. They told me to try it again, so I ordered again and everything went well. I could track my order very well and did always know where my stuff was and received the whole order without any problems. The shirts and socks are very comfy and I receive a lot of compliments because they look so cute!

I love them to death. Their designs are always fun and adorable, and the shirts are comfortable with sturdy decals. The fabric they use is extremely soft, and the shirts may feel a little flimsy, but so far they’ve never quit on me. Note that these designs WILL crack in the dryer, but the shirts are so nice you’ll probably want to hang-dry them anyway.

P.S. A lot of reviews below are giving these guys 1 star because of shipping delays and customer service issues. In case nobody noticed, there’s a pandemic going on. Stuff is being delayed. The amount of great reviews they’ve gotten pre-COVID should be proof enough that they’re doing the best they can under the circumstances.

I ordered one of those reversible plushies you see from tiktok bc christmas is coming up and i wanted to get on for my gf. I admit i was reluctant from the reviews but i pulled the trigger and even got a discount with a honey coupon. Delivery was quicker than expected and barring a user error on my part with setting up an account, the site was good, product cute and will bw a good gift, and customer service took care of the problem that i made for myself quickly and personally. Wasnt some automated robot. I dont usually write reviews but this one deserves more stars than it has. Not sure what the other reviewers were on about.

I made a mistake on my order and they we able to fix it right away. They replied within 48 hours and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
